Colorado native Anya Allen began work at The Colorado Group in 2007, where she joined the team of principals B. Scot Smith and Wade Arnold. Additionally, in 2008, Anya went on board with principals Neil Littman and W. Scott Reichenberg, while continuing with Smith and Arnold. Having a strong background in marketing and sales, Anya focuses primarily on office, retail and industrial leasing, as well as investment and land sales.
Education:
Anya is currently working on achieving the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is a graduated of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado; her degree in business administration emphasized marketing and real estate. She was awarded a Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license following graduation.
Previous Professional Experience:
Anya has worked with the region’s largest commercial developer, The W.W. Reynold Companies in Boulder. She has over a decade of experience in retail marketing, sales and purchasing for companies in Steamboat Springs and Boulder.
