Craig Ockers offers a unique background of over 30 years in real estate, banking, finance and economic development. For the two decades prior to joining The Colorado Group, Craig was involved in financing real estate projects within the Denver Metropolitan area and along the Colorado Front Range. With over 20 years of economic development experience, Craig has successfully applied critical site selection skills and led evaluation processes to locate and sell large and small parcels of land for corporate and small business expansion.
Craig was a major contributor to a nationally recognized economic development initiative that revitalized the business landscape in Pueblo, Colorado. His efforts included the recruitment of several Fortune 500 companies to the area.
Actively involved in the community, Craig is often asked by non-profit organizations to develop and lead fundraising, corporate sponsorship, and membership campaigns. He has served in leadership capacities on numerous local and regional boards.
Previous Professional Experience: Craig has an extensive banking background that includes positions as President and CEO of the privately held First Main Street Financial in Longmont, Colorado, prior to its sale to Centennial Bank Holdings. He also served as Regional President of Wells Fargo Bank in Southern Arizona, where he assisted in several mergers, including Norwest Bank. Craig has applied 30 years of banking experience to assist clients with business planning, finance and investment objectives.
Education: Craig has a bachelor of science degree from the University of Wyoming in Laramie.

Family and Personal Interests: Craig and his wife have three children. Favorite pastimes include golf, fly fishing, enjoying their mountain home, and attending college football and basketball games.
