Broker Cites Booming Commercial Real Estate in
Boulder and Front Range
“There is serious activity happening in our commercial real estate market right now,” reports Todd Walsh with The Colorado Group…”a much, much better picture than we’ve seen in almost two years.”
Walsh cites three closings within the last several weeks that illustrate his point, and notes there are many other transactions nearing closure.
• Stone Lighting LLC – a manufacturer of high quality lighting fixtures - recently signed a lease for 9,700 square feet of industrial space at 1500 Cherry Street in Louisville. Stone Lighting is new to Colorado, Walsh notes.
• Brown Note Production, formerly in a smaller facility in Louisville, has expanded to 12,000 square feet of leased space in Thornton. Brown Note provides complete production services.
• MacHeath Industries, LLC, recently purchased 21,940 square feet at 4725 Nautilus Court in the Twin Lakes Tech Park in Gunbarrel for $72 a square foot, a total purchase price of $1.575 million. This was a cash closing and no financing was involved.
