Scott Reichenberg has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1995. He joined The Colorado Group in 2008 after spending 11 years at Gibbons-White, Inc. He specializes in investment acquisition, disposition, development, as well as asset management and landlord / tenant representations.
Over the past five years, Scott has focused on development projects and acquisitions of existing buildings. He is involved in twenty-four partnerships with a total value in excess of $75 Million and consisting of more than 620,000 square feet. Scott’s role in these partnerships ranges from passive investor to managing partner. Additionally, his third-party brokerage activities have involved him in over 375 transactions, totaling nearly $250 million, during his career.
