Vaisala, Inc. Signs Lease Extension in Louisville

Vaisala, Inc. has signed a long term lease extension in a facility in the Colorado Tech Center in Louisville, Colorado, announced W. Scott Reichenberg and Neil Littmann with The Colorado Group. “We have enjoyed having Vaisala as a tenant over the past 5 years and are delighted that they have chosen to continue their tenancy in our building”, Reichenberg said. The lease extension is for 30,784 square feet and is adjacent to another 39,900 square foot facility that Vaisala occupies.
Vaisala, Inc. has its North American headquarters in Louisville, while their international headquarters are in Finland. The company manufactures electronic measurement systems and equipment for meteorology and the environmental sciences, for traffic safety and industrial applications. The company employs approximately 150 people in Louisville, 350 around the country and 1400 worldwide.
