Bikes Belong Coalition Pedaling to New Boulder Canyon Headquarters

Boulder’s Bikes Belong is moving to new headquarters, announced listing brokers Tim Conarro and Audrey Berne, with The Colorado Group, Inc.
The non-profit coalition is transferring headquarters to a professional office building at 207 Canyon. “With this 3,348 square foot lease by Bikes Belong, the building is now at 100 percent capacity,” Conarro said. “This is a good indicator for Boulder’s improving commercial real estate market,” Berne added.
Bikes Belong is an association of nearly 400 members, sponsored by the U.S. bicycle industry. The goal is to put more people on bicycles more often. The organization has 21 professional staff, 20 volunteer directors, and a $2.5 million annual operating budget.
