Belt Collins Signs Long-Term Lease in East Boulder

Belt Collins Design Group is moving to new offices in the Pearl East Business Park announced The Colorado Group’s Audrey Berne, principal and broker, who represented the company. “Belt Collins has leased over 9,300 square feet – the entire third floor - at 4909 Pearl East Circle in the Pearl East Business Park.
“The company had been looking for several months for the right location to consolidate two separate offices – currently one in Louisville and one in Boulder. This was an ideal property and location and a very positive transaction for both the landlord and Belt Collins,” Berne said.
Belt Collins is an international design firm that provides planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and environmental consulting services. There are 450 professional and support staff in nine offices around the world. The company expects to move into its new offices at the end of July, Berne said.
