Weld County Mixed-Use Commercial Building Sells in Under 60 Days

“A strong offer and quick closing were the highlights of a large commercial transaction in Weld County," reported Todd Walsh with The Colorado Group. The mixed-use flex building at 14479 Mead Court in Weld County, near 66th and I-25, had been an owner-occupied facility; it was sold to an investment group through a cash purchase, Walsh said.
“The 11,375 square foot building was on the market less than 60 days,” Walsh said, noting the relatively short listing period. The facility sold for $660,000, about $58 a square foot.
