Boulder’s Art Hardware building on University Hill has been sold for $3 million, reports Colorado Group’s Terry Kruegel. Kruegel represented the seller, Tony Lefton, who has operated the well-known Art Hardware - an art and drafting supply store - since 1974. The buyer, IRLLC, is a Boulder real estate investment company.
