Jim Swaeby In Memoriam

Jim Swaeby had a unique background that merged both his extensive commercial real estate experience and committed public service.  He joined the Colorado Group in 1990 and served the Boulder community with dedication, both professionally and personally.

Education:

Swaeby received his BS in business and MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder.  Jim also attended Stonier Graduate school of Banking.

Personal Interests:

Jim enjoyed exploring Colorado’s grasslands and prairies, natural and built historic sites.  Jim (Fairview Class of ’63) and his wife Susan (Boulder High School Class of ’63) grew up in Boulder, are CU grads, and Buff Fans.
