David Hart began his real estate career in Chicago after graduating from The University of the Pacific.  He returned to the Bay Area, where he grew up, and continued his real estate career in San Francisco.  Family and quality of life beckoned a move to Colorado in 1991.

David’s thoughtful and creative approach to problem-solving helps provide strategic advice in meeting and exceeding client goals.

His experience ranges from landlord and tenant representation to land and building acquisition and disposition.  Re-positioning assets, build-to-suits, and speculative development have all been a part of David’s vast experience.

David enjoys spending time outdoors cycling, golfing, skiing, and other activities involving family time.
