Liz Amaro Nyiri Commercial Broker Associate

Liz Amaro began her real estate career in Colorado after graduating from the University of CU Boulder in 2015.  She has a background in Commercial Real Estate marketing, but her desire to learn more about this industry led her to earn her Broker’s license in 2017.

Liz provides value to her clients through her strong work ethic and creative problem solving and communication skills.  Highly organized and detail-oriented allowing her to streamline every transaction.  She approaches every transaction with a proactive, professional, energetic, and honest approach.  Her ability to identify and focus on clients’ goals allows her to provide strategic guidance, helping them achieve these goals.  She values building long term relationships so she may assist as her client’s goals evolve.

Her experience ranges from representing Landlords and Tenants on Leasing transactions to guiding Buyers and Sellers in acquisitions, dispositions, and investment sales.  On average, Liz and her team close 50-75 deals per year.

In Liz’s spare time, you can almost always find her in the great outdoors enjoying fresh Colorado air and sunshine with her family and, of course, her dog Dannie.
