Karla Brown specializes in sales and leasing throughout northern Colorado, and is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate with a priority on communication and creative problem-solving. Since joining The Colorado Group, Inc. in 2018, she has been involved in more than $88 million in successful sales and leasing transactions. She is an experienced entrepreneur, starting her own construction company, as well as founding a statewide non-profit. Karla also has an extensive background in water rights and management, previously editing the Citizen’s Guide to Colorado Water Law, among other publications. Karla has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Cornell University and a Masters of Science from Colorado State University.  Karla enjoys being involved in the business and non-profit communities, building quality relationships, and in particular working with other female entrepreneurs to meet their real estate needs.
