Layne McBride provides value to his clients through his in-depth knowledge of the market, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. He takes pride in helping his clients navigate through a transaction, and solving the challenges that inevitably come up along the way. Layne has been a Commercial Broker Associate since 2013, specializing in the sale and leasing of office, retail, industrial, and investment properties in Boulder County. He received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business in 2008, with emphases in Marketing and Operations Management. Layne and his wife Courtney were married in 2012 and live in Longmont with their two sons, Carter and Maverick. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
