Rex Howe In Memoriam

With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Rex Howe, had the knowledge and understanding of everything from the most complex to the most straight- forward commercial transaction.
Starting in 1990 he owned and operated his own company in Jacksonville, Florida specializing in commercial properties and investments.
In 2004 he expanded his skill set to include brokerage sales, leasing and property management. He found a niche in transforming fallow warehouse properties into viable investment properties for owners.
Rex offered his clients a level of understanding about commercial real estate and business that was unsurpassed.

Education:

Rex held a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida where he maintained status on the Dean’s List with a consistent 3.67 GPA.

Previous Life Experience:

Rex worked for 12 years (1984-1996) in the professional auto racing industry as a crewmember, owner and driver.
Competed and completed the 2010 Ironman Coeur d’Alene

Personal Interests:

After 25 of years in Florida, Rex relocated to Colorado. An avid outdoorsman, Rex enjoyed mountain biking and participating in triathlons. In addition, he was an active hunter and fisherman. And if the opportunity arose, you might find him doing laps on the local track in his favorite race car.
