Scott Crabtree has been actively involved in different facets of the real estate industry since 2002. He brings creative solutions to the commercial real estate industry as a Boulder market specialist and asset generalist, working with a spectrum of clients.

Scott earned his MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, with a focus in real estate. He prides himself on adding value and thinking of creative solutions for his clients, ranging from institutional investors to local single property owners – representing landlords with large portfolios to those with only a single commercial asset. Additionally, he thrives on helping growing companies obtain their first commercial space and guiding them as they grow and expand to reach their business goals and aspirations.

Scott and his team have their office on Pearl Street in downtown Boulder to help better serve their clients’ needs, by keeping a pulse on Downtown and Boulder markets. His professional reputation and style are based on honesty, ethics, trust; and establishing long-term relationships.
