Tom has lived in Boulder County since 1991. He is a native of the Chicago area and spent his formative years in southeastern Wisconsin. He earned a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Drake University in Des Moines, IA. That is where he met his wife, who is a Boulder native. Tom’s prior career, which spans over 35 years, has been in various forms of marketing. He specializes in helping businesses and investors navigate the complexities of the commercial real estate market. He has built a strong track record of successfully negotiating leases, sales, and acquisitions across various sectors, including office, industrial, retail, and land.

Tom is married with two adult children and lives in Longmont, CO. He enjoys the Colorado lifestyle and spends his spare time snow skiing, fly fishing, camping and goofing around with his family’s dogs, cats and chickens.
