Micah Loeb, originally from Watertown, Wisconsin, moved to Colorado in 2011 to pursue his Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder. After obtaining his real estate license in 2016, Micah joined The Colorado Group, Inc. to specialize in the sale and leasing of commercial property.  Micah’s outgoing personality, coupled with his strong desire to help clients achieve their goals, creates a perfect storm to act as a valuable broker. Within his first twenty-one months at The Colorado Group, Inc. Micah has been involved in over 418,000 square feet worth of commercial real estate transactions valuing over $41 million.

Previous Professional Experience:

Before he became a member of The Colorado Group, Micah spent time working Operations at the World’s largest ski resort management company, Vail Resorts.  His experience with Vail Resorts allowed him to gain a wonderful understanding of efficiency.  He uses this knowledge to act as an extremely efficient young professional in the everyday business.

Education:

Micah received his undergraduate degree in Business Management and Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2015.

Family and Personal Interests:
