Toni L. Diaz Bachus (McClain) Principal / Senior Broker

Toni Diaz Bachus (McClain) entered the real estate profession in 1981 and since then has honed her skills and expertise in all aspects of property management:  leasing, contract management, tenant/owner relations, budget preparation and analysis, and full financial reporting.

Her current portfolio includes 165 tenants and over 600,000 square feet of retail shopping centers, office, industrial, R&D, restaurant, retail, medical and mixed-use properties.

Professional Experience:

In the late 1980’s, Toni became broker and president of the Colorado Management Group, a spin-off company of The Colorado Group specializing in managing Loftus-Walker Construction properties.  She purchased the company in 1993.  Her management portfolio included over one million square feet of commercial properties, most of which were managed from the ground up. Her specialties are development, construction, leasing, and management.

Education:

Toni attended the University of Colorado and earned a real estate paralegal certificate.  She also holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM).

Personal Interests:

Toni enjoys many outdoor activities including hiking, gardening, and traveling. She is currently training for the New York Marathon.
