The Colorado Group, Inc. is pleased to announce an executed lease at Church Ranch Office Center, located at 10170 Church Ranch Way Westminster, CO. Soar Autism Center signed a 10-year lease for Suite 125, an office space consisting of approximately 8,317 square feet. As a result, Soar Autism Center, a provider of behavioral and related therapy, support, and services for children with autism, is opening its seventh location in the metro area.
The Colorado Group, Inc. was the landlord’s broker- Ashley Overton initiated this deal during previous ownership, and Todd Brown, Senior CRE Advisor with Madison Commercial Properties, represented the tenant. After Lotus Company purchased the property, Ashley and co-listing agent Maureen Espinoza continued highly detailed negotiations. The process took several months to lease this suite – as the tenant’s use and space needs were unique.
