Audrey W. Berne has been a commercial real estate broker since 1988, joining The Colorado Group, Inc in 1992. She is consistently a top producer, well known as a skilled and knowledgeable broker, and considered a “heavy hitter” in the Boulder County commercial real estate market.

Audrey is especially adept in her ability to identify and focus on the requirements of property owners, tenants, and investors; providing strategic advice to help them achieve their goals. Her interpersonal skills combined with mastery in negotiating and closing transactions are invaluable when working with buyers and sellers in stabilizing and developing their properties. Audrey is highly respected by property and business owners, tenants, developers, public administrators, and brokers alike. Education

Audrey has a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado at Denver. Her undergraduate degree is in Communications from Southern Illinois University.

Professional Experience

Audrey worked for six years as a land-use and land development planner for Rocky Mountain Consultants and spent two years as a staff member with the City of Boulder Planning Department.
