In her new leadership role, Brown will guide the company’s strategic direction and drive continued growth across the northern Colorado commercial real estate market.

Since joining The Colorado Group in 2018, Brown has distinguished herself as a trusted advisor and results-driven broker, with more than $89 million in successful sales and leasing transactions throughout northern Colorado. Brown’s appointment as President reflects her deep industry expertise, commitment to client service, and long-standing dedication to strengthening The Colorado Group’s market position.

In addition to her commercial real estate achievements, Brown brings a diverse professional background to her new role. She founded and operated a successful construction company, launched a statewide nonprofit organization, and has extensive experience in water rights and management, including editing the Citizen’s Guide to Colorado Water Law. Brown holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Cornell University and a Master of Science from Colorado State University.

Throughout her career, Brown has been active in industry organizations, including the Denver Metro Commercial Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors, Colorado Real Estate Commission Education Task Force, and commercial brokers groups in Longmont and Boulder.
