PRESS RELEASE: Meyers Heating and Air Conditioning moving to 1750 55th Street

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Boulder, Colorado – January 11, 2019, Meyers Heating and Air Conditioning have made plans to expand in an industrial building located at 1750 55thStreet.

Ed Minnick owner of the company said, “Mark and I, (Mark Reese, Operations Manager), felt staying in Boulder was the key move forward in handling the growth we are experiencing and our future business plans. We aren’t looking to move into Denver, we do business in Boulder County! We are committed here locally. And a facility that is so centrally located will allow us to do that more effectively.”

“A lot has changed in the 55 years we have been located on the West end of Pearl Street.  It used to be the industrial area of town. But as Boulder & Boulder County’s population has boomed, so has the number of calls we receive, and we need a facility conducive to handling that increased volume. So, it was time to move. Now we just need to find more experienced, trained HVAC technicians to handle the ever-growing number of calls we are receiving!” Minnick added.

The company was established in 1963 and will move from 260 Pearl into 7,138 square feet.

Jason Kruse, Principal/Broker Associate at the Colorado Group, represented the ownership and said, “This is a long time Boulder company. It’s really nice to see a service company stay in Boulder.” Todd Walsh and Laura Munch of Market Real Estate represented Meyers.
