Evolution Mixed Martial Arts have been on a long journey (still are) to find the best ways to protect ourselves and fight if necessary. The journey alone has taken 14 years over 15 countries. They believe the more people you train with the better, and in the words (or close to) of Bruce Lee, “Absorb what is useful, Discard what is not, Add what is uniquely your own”. Always learning, always improving is their motto!!
