We have seen a flight towards quality, and landlords have been rewarded by spending money on building out Class-A office space, adding amenities, and having a willingness to work with tenants on deal structures.
The current WFH environment is constantly shifting. Large companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Twitter are trying to lead the charge and renormalize working from the office (or, as the kids call it, WFO).
